  2. Judges getting govt position post retirement are much better and no harm than politicans getting posted as judhes in sc and hc like the congesss did. Cji js not doing his job instead interfere into govt affairs and standing as obstacle to development.

  4. I dont have faith in our judiciary at all. Judhes are acting like politicans. The current cji is definitely biased.

  5. Judiciary in india is worst and corrupt. Poors unable to hire top lawyers. And too many loopholes for criminals to escape with millions of cases pending. Judiciary needs reforms. Collegium must be cancelled or transparency is needed in electing judges.

  6.  @JohnLincoln-w2v  no use. There are lots of corruption in that. The opposion gives money to the unpaid advocate and it ends up miserable for the poors. Judiciary in India is damn corrupt where only rich people can afford to win in front of poors.
