@mythili excellent point raised by u Sha bano V/s Imran Khan..The Khangress govt helped bring Sharia courts despite it is against the Supreme Court's wish. And Despite Sharia court are anti democratic in this society!

@Business BJP told they are against LGBT but they are not against SC's verdict because LGBT is long awaited struggle....The landmark thing to be noted here is BJP did not intervene in SC decision like the congress did in Sha bano V/s imran Khan's case
