  7. Modi cannot do anything. The judiciary is acting like activists. The only way to change the system is give "special majority" to BJP. With special majorty BJP gets constitutional powers to impeach the existing collegium judiciary and change the entire system. Without this modi is also helpless only against judicial activism.
