  1. Federal system prevents center intervene into states affairs. Unless BJP come into those states where attangvadhees are more till then center cannot directly intervene. And so long till center cannot directly intervene, till then there will be strengthening of attangvadhee strongholds in those states.

  2.  @frost6471  That's lame excuse. All countries were union of states. But they dont agree. we at one point of time in history had United india. Federal structure set up was idea of colonials. They did this deliberately knowing India would struggle to develop. No democracy in planet earth has multipolitics + federal system both together at same time except India. If I'm right I think I even Soviet union was federation of states that actually caused breaking up of society union.
