  1. 1) No proper evidence to convict Victim's parents 2) CBI way of investigation had double standards a) First set of team of CIB and the Autopsy doctors actually found evidence against the working men such as Krishna and others as culprits because they found blood stain of in their room and pillow..So they made an arrest..This arrest was made with far better investigation than the investigation made for arrest of the both talwars b) After convicting and arrest of Krishna and allies the whole CBI team was dramatically changed but why? And after changing they released Krishna and allies and arrest Talvars Innocents should not be arrested..Even if Narco analysis test cannot be taken the closest evidence can be taken according to the last option of Law when u find no evidence..But by applying the last option of Law they had least but close evidence to arrest Krishna and allies but then how can they arrest the talvars without proper evidence is obviously fair question

  2. back then this girl was minor..Even if they think its an honor killing, what kind of parent would kill their minor daughter for having affair with another person? For this they should have given the talwars a fair psychologists in order to confirm they were sane in mind or not...Also the kind of investigation without giving due respect to DNA evidence is unjust to law

  3. yes they have to also take the consideration of the lower court's order but then why was that ignored..Its same as 2g scam..The CBI higher court did not take the consideration of Lower court's order and they acquitted the accused...And this case is more than decade. What sin will the law authorities will have to withstand "if at all" the talvars were actually innocents
