  1.  @An1Kum  rss is not virus. They are actual patriots. RSS is the only one protecting dharma culture (hindu bhuddhostbjain sikhs) . RSS came from hindu mahasabha group that formed inside congess back in time while mahatma gandhi supported kilafat movement of muslims. Many who backed Gandhi until before that all opposed Gandhi later. RSS is just one of them meanwhile people like Netaji and others all opposed gandhi.

  2. No they cannot over rule the rules of school. Because the rules were already there and those rules were accepted by all students including muslims. 2) when hc pass some judgment, the sc will not over rule it almost 70% time. 3) if court allows hijab then Hindus will come in agori dress. Some may come with axe to display they are parshirams devotes. Some may come with trishul. Thus courts decision will be equality and uniformity in dress code thus no hijab.

Both federal system and multipolitics is killing India. Remove these two then center can directly involve in aspect of states. Right now karnataka has BJP so no worries but what about other non BJP states? There all federal system is being misused by opposition politicians in power to give safe heavens for terrorists. Eg = west bengal and kerela.

China isreal russia france uk germany etc etc all have elected their own RSS on the way to superpower but only India is exception because of 60 years of Congress rule.
