Please see that proper investigation is made before arrest! but the REAL CULPRIT should be taken to task! not innocents!...The first part counts in india! because in india the latter part of the story goes into dark! For Eg Asifa's rape they booked the accused but later they found no evidence due to mismatch of autopsy report V/s Police report! ...Also a CBI inquiry was not given that raised eyebrows of Supreme Court against the Kashmiri Mehoboba govt and these late incidents were not put before the media...So the remaining part of the investigation is not put in front of media why?...So bad reputation was hit against the people who had been charged for rape! This is indian journalism! All rapes should be punished!
