  1. I think your overall design can be a Hybrid of hovercraft & an airplane. You have already proven that the Coanda effect is very efficient closer to the ground. Now when you gain altitude, you should make a mechanism that will change the shape of the domes into an airfoil such that it will fold towards the opposite side of direction of motion. For example after gaining altitude, you want to go left then the domes will fold up to right & it becomes like a semi dome & will deflect the oncoming air just like an airfoil.
