  1. What makes Tejas special is it's compound cropped delta wing that's a one of a kind & first in any fighter jet. The double delta takes away all the cons of a delta wing while adding all the pros. The more compounded the delta wings are, the more drawbacks of the delta wings vanish.

  2.  @torkeymada  Saab viggen had one more advantage: canards. I'm sure Tejas later versions might have canards.
