@fahadnazir945 There is no mention of “believers” or “non-believers” in the Vedas because in order to have this category of person you need a dogma in which to believe. There are no dogmas in Vedas - there are only doctrines and teachings.
There is mention of āryas and anāryas — noble and the ignoble – but these refer to those who follow a noble or honourable way of living and those who follow a dishonourable way - by theft, pillage etc. Neither of these terms refer to “belief”.
“Believers” and “non-believers” are theological categories which are specific to Christianity and Islam only.
Veda had the wisdom, not to name people as Believers or Non Believers.
Believe in Self, and Believe in Power, which powers the Unseen world. That's the gist of Veda, Upanishads, etc..
There are no Believers or non believers, as per, to say, along the lines of abrahamic religions.
There are no exclusions and killings of non believers in Vedas, the broader directions of Veda are Virtue and Afflictions.
It's believed that, irrespective of one's birth (Muslim, X'tian, Jew, Hindu, etc.), everyone has the right to get knowledge and get Liberated from Life.
Vedas, Upanishads, Gita, etc. finally end up in BRAHMAN, BEING of Absolute TRUTH.

@fahadnazir945 Does the quran state explicitly that the earth is flat? No not explicitly using the word “flat”. But it does use other words to describe “flat” but it has been reinterpreted as sphere.
What you should be asking is whether early Muslims understood it to mean flat? Yes they did. Was that the current belief among early Muslims? Yes it was.
You also should be asking, if you were god, and you wanted to say “flat” in Arabic, how would you say it? Probably you'd say like a carpet.
You also should ask, if you were god and wanted to tell every lowly human that the earth is sphere, how would you say it? Would you use the word ball? Or would you use the word carpet? I bet you could sentence it out with the most clarity while being human, why would Allah, who is much better, be so ambiguous about something so easy to explain?
An example would be, “and I have created the earth shaped as a ball orbiting around the sun in a circle” (my own words). I think that's how I would put it, and it would have far more clarity than the quran, right?
The truth is, if the quran was from God it would be written much more clearly than a human could write it, so what does that tell you?
The truth is even if the quran was wrong, no Muslim is going to admit it or tell you the truth. Of course they will twist the quran to mean what they believe eventhough that's not what it originally meant.
