@CulturalBolshevik No, it is ruthlessly communist, run by the Chinese Communist Party, with a self-appointed president for life and everything is controlled by the government, even the supposedly capitalist parts of the Chinese economy. Communist countries have usually had no problem with allowing certain elements of capitalism to operate, but make no mistake, it is always under strict Party control.

@OriginalR69 Most of our second wave derives from state government incompetence, especially in Victoria. NSW and Queensland are not doing so well either, but Victoria is easily the worst.
