  3. Funny how Americans get pissy about alleged mispronunciations, yet stubbornly mispronounce foreign words and names all the time. Besides, the scriptwriters and owners of this channel are AMERICANS, so it is nothing to do with "limeys" or the "Queen's (sic) English"".

  4.  @-souls-5989  What do you consider to have been incorrect information? Seriously, what are your thoughts? My view is at least this presentation didn't gloss over his negative side, though it did, at the start, elevate Lindbergh to sone sort of high cultural status that is not really true now, and likely never was true, even at his height of frame.

  9. Most pilots did know the best way to extend range already, but there is a tendency to credit CL with creating and implementing the techniques, not just broadening that knowledge.
