  1.  @DarkComatose15  England is the south-eastern part on the UK. In the mid-west is Wales, and Scotland lies to the north. This is the main island usually called "Great Britain". There is also Northern Ireland, the fourth part of the UK, hence the title of her being Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

  3.  @dukethomas95  True. In Australia, also a Constitutional Monarchy, the Queen, via her representative at the time, sacked one of our governments, that of Gough Whitlam (Labor) in Novemer 1975. It is also one of the reasons many Labor people, even now, are staunch republicans. I am anti-republican myself, but it will likely happen soon enough after the Queen passes.

  7.  @nay4658  As much as a move towards a republic in Australia (or Canada) might occur after the Queen passes, we are not, depite the ever wishful thinking of Lefty republicans or your rather uninformed view, republics in all but name. I am obviously not in favour of us becoming a republic, the cock up by the Australian Republican Movement in our 1999 referendum wil hopefully be repeated, given the model politicians favour has them choosing the president, and the people prefer they not. In the end an Australian republic is likely inevitable, but the structure of it has not been decided on, and it involves more than just changing a few names and the face on our coins.
