  1. I assume you don't drive, or get driven? While you are entitled to bitch aboyt the social cost of the automobile, at least admit your role in this "lethal, addictive, diseased peroccupation", as you are part of it and unlikely as any Greens politician or activist, to be developing a practical solution.

  2. Definitely not the first to imagine it, but it was the first practical, self-powered, vehicle. If you have an alternative, suggest it.

  3. Used to own a Chrysler Valiant. Was OK, just rather tired when I got it.

  4. Not sure, but definitely didn't invent the automobile, even if many, not just Americans, believe it so.
