  2.  Peasant Scrublord  USADA gives a little bit of a crap about Jones. They didn't give him the max of 4 years or even the normal 2 years and that was because of secret stuff he told them. The CA commissioner is anti-USADA and wants VADA so they have more control. Plus the fines and event money are nice. The UFC yea would accept alien butt probes gave Jones Turinabol if he can fight.

They changed some of their rules to get him and inform the public, did a thorough investigation and fought him in court. The UCI, Cyclist Union fought with Armstrong against USADA for a long time. Dirty Lance pulled a Trump and said that USADA had engaged in "an unconstitutional witch hunt" based on "outlandish and heinous claims." USADA got onto his case when a book L.A. Confidentiel came out showing his team was dirty.

  4. I don't think Jones can sue them. He already agreed to take any disputes to an Independent Arbitrator which is how he chopped a few months off his last suspension even though USADA was already lenient for undisclosed co-operation. Vitor fucked it up by taking 8x what he was allowed to take but then the UFC fucked it up by trying to hide it and messing up and exposing it by accident.

  5. NHL hides more about their process than USADA. It wasn't released about when he was tested, and what he failed for. He never sued a supplement company like several MMA and NFL guys have. The NHL is setup to not catch dopers even moreso than the UFC before USADA. I think for Schmidt it was 7 picograms which is low but hard to judge not knowing a substance and time. Everyone will always fail for a pinch of salt in a pool. 7 or 700 picograms are tiny amounts of a deteriorated substance in your body.

  6. Yes but they do have rules about some substances for the amount that is pass and fail. Turinabol however doesn't have a passable amount even 1 picogram.
