  4. Cop are allowed to lie. The Supreme Court says so. Just sitting through a green light they had reason to check on him. How did he blow 0.0 if he refused? How is being pilled up better than being drunk? He broke the law and nobody should drink, pill or text while driving but everything isn't a conspiracy.

  5. I agreed with you. They could have lied about smelling booze to test him because they can't smell pills but they know something is up. He passed the breath test. That really doesn't matter for DUI though. He was messed up and passed the test there is no conspiracy against or for him.
