The DOJ's policy describes that 1) It explicitly permits the Investigation of a former president, Because It Is Important to Preserve Evidence while Memories are fresh, and Documents Available. Among other things, That evidence could be use, If there were Co-conspirators who could be Charged now. 2) The FBI are part of the DOJ and bound by that law. 3) and under that rule of law, The Investigation requires sufficient Evidences In order to prove to a Grand Jury and Ultimately receive their approval to raid obama's property.
