  1.  @jcraw6332  , What Democrats fail to realize is this is designed to take out Biden, and make a path for Elizabeth Warren. Biden did what the media is accusing Trump of. Biden is on tape admitting withholding funds until the prosecutor looking into his son was fired. There is far more evidence for a Biden investigation than a Trump Impeachment. Biden's currently leading in the polls by a large margin among Democrat candidate. However the radical left base running the Democrat party don't want another racist, old, white man as their nominee. As the party of identity politics, they need a victim candidate, like a woman victim, or a black woman victim, or a trans or gay woman victim as their candidate. When the message of your campaign is nothing but grievances, you need a victim to be the voice of said grievance. Warren will be the nominee. She's the only woman candidate with any political following, polling at 13%. Warren will be your candidate, Democrats will fail to convict Trump on hearsay (inadmissable in a court of law), Democrats will lose the House, and Trump will annihilate Warren. Impeachment is political suicide for Democrats. Let's be perfectly clear, Biden was NEVER gonna be the nominee. He's a gaff machine. The Democrat party was NEVER gonna run a candidate that says things like, "poor kids are just as smart as white kids". Apparently Biden thinks only people of color can be poor, and only white people are smart. Seriously, maybe it's senility, but this guy doesn't even know where he is half the time. As if he was gonna be the democrat presidential candidate.😂😂😂

  19.  @salvatorebullock9367  , he was Not a war hero. He was a war criminal. Bombing a light-bulb factory, a civilian target, is a war crime. McCain, obviously, didn’t select the target, he was just following orders, but that doesn’t exonerate him any more than any other soldier who follows an illegal order. According to Amnesty International this particular violation of the Geneva Convention (bombing civilian targets) is actually official U.S. military doctrine: “Military advantage may involve a variety of considerations, including the security of the attacking force. … Economic targets of the enemy that indirectly but effectively support and sustain the enemy’s war-fighting capability may also be attacked.” “War is a clash of opposing wills. … While physical factors are crucial in war, the national will and the leadership’s will are also critical components of war. The will to prosecute or the will to resist can be decisive elements. … Strategic attack objectives often include producing effects to demoralize the enemy’s leadership, military forces, and population, thus affecting the adversary’s capability to continue the conflict.” Both of these statements, taken from different U.S. military manuals and documents, represent direct violations of the Geneva Convention (and, it should be noted, well before the advent of George W. Bush). But McCain didn’t just carry out such illegal orders himself, he willingly voiced support for them, specifically during the 1999 war against Yugoslavia when “water systems, power and heating plants, hospitals, universities, schools, apartment complexes, senior citizens’ homes, bridges, factories, trains, buses, radio and TV stations, the telephone system, oil refineries, embassies, marketplaces and more were deliberately destroyed by U.S./NATO planes in a ruthless 10-week bombing campaign.” For reference, here is Article 54 of the Geneva convention: “It is prohibited to attack, destroy, remove, or render useless objects indispensable to the survival of the civilian population, such as foodstuffs, crops, livestock, drinking water installations and supplies, and irrigation works, for the specific purpose of denying them for their sustenance value to the civilian population or to the adverse Party, whatever the motive, whether in order to starve out civilians, to cause them to move away, or for any other motive.” McCain, and the entire U.S. political and military establishment, also supported the wholesale bombing of Iraq’s water purification plants during the first Gulf War. And this was no ordinary war crime, it was a planned genocide. Documents released in 2000 revealed that the U.S. had studied in detail all aspects of Iraq’s water system, had planned a strategy for preventing Iraq from reconstructing that system (via sanctions), and knew in advance that “this could lead to increased incidences, if not epidemics of disease.” Indeed it did, with more than half a million Iraqi children dead as a result, one of the greatest war crimes in history, carried out by the next generation of U.S. pilots who followed John McCain, and with John McCain’s full-throated support. John McCain—war criminal then, war criminal now, war criminal forever. To be clear, he is far from the only one currently, or previously, serving in the U.S. government or U.S. military. But, at the moment, he is the only one for whom the entire ruling class, with the lone exception of Donald Trump, is rushing to assure the American public that he was a war hero, before the truth gets more closely examined.

  27.  @garrettlivingston8577  here it is again, dear blind hypocrite. Let's read together, shall we? new report for The Hill by award-winning investigative reporter John Solomon presents details from “hundreds of pages of never-released memos and documents,” many from inside the American team helping the company at the center of the Biden-Ukraine controversy, that “conflict” with Joe Biden’s claim that he pressured Ukraine to remove its top prosecutor because he was failing to weed out corruption, rather than the prosecutor’s investigation into the company paying Hunter Biden some $600,000 a year. While Biden maintains that he only strong-armed Ukraine to replace its chief prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, because of allegations of his corruption and mishandling of his job — not because of Shokin’s investigation into Burisma Holdings, which hired Biden’s son just weeks after President Obama appointed Biden to oversee U.S.-Ukraine relations — Solomon found that previously undisclosed documents “conflict with Biden’s narrative.” “Hundreds of pages of never-released memos and documents — many from inside the American team helping Burisma to stave off its legal troubles — conflict with Biden’s narrative,” Solomon reported Thursday. “And they raise the troubling prospect that U.S. officials may have painted a false picture in Ukraine that helped ease Burisma’s legal troubles and stop prosecutors’ plans to interview Hunter Biden during the 2016 U.S. presidential election.” Solomon reports: For instance, Burisma’s American legal representatives met with Ukrainian officials just days after Biden forced the firing of the country’s chief prosecutor and offered ‘an apology for dissemination of false information by U.S. representatives and public figures’ about the Ukrainian prosecutors, according to the Ukrainian government’s official memo of the meeting. The effort to secure that meeting began the same day the prosecutor’s firing was announced. In addition, Burisma’s American team offered to introduce Ukrainian prosecutors to Obama administration officials to make amends, according to that memo and the American legal team’s internal emails. “If the Ukraine prosecutor’s firing involved only his alleged corruption and ineptitude, why did Burisma’s American legal team refer to those allegations as ‘false information?'” Solomon asks. “If the firing had nothing to do with the Burisma case, as Biden has adamantly claimed, why would Burisma’s American lawyers contact the replacement prosecutor within hours of the termination and urgently seek a meeting in Ukraine to discuss the case?” According to Solomon, Ukrainian prosecutors say they have tried to get this information to the Department of Justice since the summer of 2018 because they believe it “might be evidence of possible violations of U.S. ethics laws,” but the DOJ “showed no interest.” In response, the prosecutors contacted Trump’s personal lawyer and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. In their famous July 25 call, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told Trump that he is “knowledgeable” about the Burisma-Biden situation and that investigating the case is important in “making sure to restore the honesty” between the countries, Solomon notes. Solomon also highlights a “newly sworn affidavit prepared for a European court,” in which Shokin testified that he was informed when he was fired in March 2016 that it was because of his investigation into Burisma. “The truth is that I was forced out because I was leading a wide-ranging corruption probe into Burisma Holdings, a natural gas firm active in Ukraine and Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, was a member of the Board of Directors,” said Shokin. “On several occasions President Poroshenko asked me to have a look at the case against Burisma and consider the possibility of winding down the investigative actions in respect of this company but I refused to close this investigation.” Solomon stresses that Shokin “certainly would have reason to hold a grudge over his firing,” but the newly revealed documents seem to align with his account. Solomon goes on to summarize the history of the Burisma-Biden controversy, starting with The New York Times‘ initial report on the suspicious decision by the company to hire Hunter Biden weeks after his father was tasked with overseeing relations with Ukraine. “Documents I obtained this year detail an effort to change the narrative after the Times story about Hunter Biden, with the help of the Obama State Department,” Solomon writes. (Read Solomon’s full report here.)

  43.  @douglasjcox  , isn't it amazing that the people calling to impeach have no clue as to what happened in Ukraine with Biden and his son? Not only do they not know, but thy have no desire to know. Yet they insist they are OBJECTIVE. If the shoe were on the other foot, I can't imagine a single democrat would be ok with a scenario in which a drug addict son of the president was dishonorably discharged from the military for cocaine, and his very next job is sitting on the board of a foreign energy company with American influence, making $50-$80 thousand a month. Was Barisma holding interviews to find a coke head to sit on their board of directors? Somehow, Hunter Biden hardly seems like the right candidate for the job. And if they did need drug addicts on their board, who knew nothing about Ukraine or energy, why the Vice President's son? I'm sure there are plenty of stupid, poor drug addicts who could have used this job making $50-$80 thousand a month. So, you'd be ok if Trump did what Biden did? No, you wouldn't. This is called hypocrisy, dear. Stop calling others gullible. You're the one who believes the alphabet news. This is the same news that told you Hillary would be president. 100% chance she would beat Trump. How'd that work out for Democrats? Cause I remember a lot of crying and bitching in safe spaces, and rioting in the streets. This is the same media who told you Trump colluded with Russia. 3 years of investigating, and the Mueller report said no COLLUSION. Not a single American was charged with collusion or obstruction. This is the same media that said Kavanaugh was a gang rapist. Not only was there no evidence for this claim, but the accuser retracted her allegations, admitting she was never gang raped, and knew nothing about it. This is the same media who told you Jussie Smollet was the latest victim of a Trump inspired hate crime. Just one problem, Jussie hired two black men to attack him and stage the event. This is the same media that told you, "Trump's an idiot. He's NEVER gonna be president." Now that is obvious he was legitimately elected, the media is telling you he's colluding with Ukraine, China, and Australia, getting away with election interference right in front of your eyes, on live TV. How is it possible that this "stupid man" is getting away with collusion? How is one so dumb effectively making fools of our intelligence agencies? They must be more inept than the idiot in office, if they can't stop Trump from "election interference"? So which is it? Is Trump an idiot? Or an evil genius, who's bested all our intelligence agencies? You can't have it both ways, dear. This is called hypocrisy. Looks like you're the only one who's gullible enough to believe the drive-by media. Maybe you should look in the mirror before you call others gullible.
