  13. Why is FOX citing the CNN poll? It's an outlier. All the other polls have support for impeachment down across the board. Support has dropped dramatically with Independents, now down 7-10 points, depending on which poll you look at. Now I'm not really a believer in polls. I think rather than being reflective of reality, they are reflective of the what the pollsters and media want reality to be. That said, this is a Democrat poll. Democrats want impeachment, yet they can't bend/fake the numbers enough, believably, to make impeachment a reality.

Thousands of innocent people refuse to cooperate with law enforcement on a daily basis. No one who believed they were being railroaded would cooperate with law enforcement. They would get a lawyer, and let their lawyer protect their rights. Just as you would, if you were Trump. Every defendant is also afforded the presumption of innocence. Every juror must view the accused as innocent, until evidence proves otherwise. If a juror can't afford the accused the presumption of innocence, that juror is dismissed from the trial. It's not Trump's job to exonerate himself. He's already innocent until proven guilty. The burden is the prosecution's. It's their job to prove his guilt. Clearly, Democrats are incapable of doing that, since they're seeking more evidence after voting to impeach. That's called desperate and pathetic.

Only a judge can enforce a subpoena and compel a witness' testimony. Democrats needed to go to court and have a judge compel testimony in the house. If Democrats went to court, and a judge ruled against them, they would have lost the article of Obstruction. They refused judicial intervention just to make another article of impeachment. By desperately seeking witnesses and documents after failing to enforce subpoenas, Democrats are admitting their case is weak. They're basically saying there is no case, and so are you, apparently.

You've got at least three state recounts, 4 states have yet to be called, dominion software "glitch" in the ballot counting system used in 30 states, FBI investigation of poll counters in Michigan and Pennsylvania, Trump's in court on Monday in seven states with evidence of impropriety and fraud, and a supreme court decision from Alito that helped Trump in pennsylvania. This isn't over and that's not an opinion. They're literally still counting. Biden may be the winner, but we don't know yet.

Yet Trump is accused of Russian collusion. Ex 2). Biden withheld funds from a foreign government unless they fired the prosecutor looking into his son's business ventures with Whitey Bulger's nephew in Ukraine. Yet Trump is accused of offering a quid pro quo to Ukraine when asking them to look into admitted corruption by Biden, and now Trump's worthy of impeachment.
