But he's pretty unique in a way that he prepares his food before his run and drinks San Pelligrino. He never buys anything from the truck stops. He follows Dr. Gundry for his diet, Dr. Dispenza for his mind, and he's training Shaolin with Master Shi Heng Yi. He's 37 yo. He knew what he was getting into and decided to create what would be good for his health and wellness. I'm sure it's tough but he is his priority.
