  36. £360 standing charge for electricity and gas….i used the winter fuel payment to pay towards that…i cant actually afford to actually use gas or electricity..so it dosent matter to me what the unit energy cost is as I can’t afford it..we just support the system so that richer pensioners can buy energy..im pennies over the threshold so i cant claim any benefits such as dental or any other benefit..
