The councils want high car parking charges and high shop rents…result equals high street death..fines for going in a bus lane,fines for parking in the wrong place..who wants to go into a town these days ? Just get Amazon to bring what you want to your door..no fines or court appearances or visits to the car pound or visits to A and E with stab wounds involved..
