DFL’s are moving to Norfolk at the moment…..thats why London culture is popping up there..but that is not the case everywhere…..there are loads of towns unaffected because they are quiet and not a tourist destination…if a Londoner moves out of London ..they choose a cute touristy place…like bath or Bristol first..
