@bluesunquake I agree.. but I was speaking in that ridiculous selfish way to mimic how selfish attitudes towards certain types of homeless people..all homeless people are important..not just the ones with fancy qualifications..

All professors on the street should be supported…for goodness sake..the rest inarticulate ones ,well they need to help themselves..

Maybe Cruella wants to encourage Favela’s where people will build their own homes say in one of the national parks..they could be constructed out of pallets and extruded aluminium sheets..and breeze blocks..they would be providing their own homes..theres lots of land suitable out there…Brazil found a solution…maybe it is our solution..? Lots of suitable venue’s outside the M25..and London streets would be tent free..ill name that town “Chiltonbury” with talented proud residents living in a sought after location.location,locationl facilities sanitation etc for caravan dwellers too…bring us your poor and disadvantaged ,downtrodden and persecuted we will provide should be our governments epithet. And rid us of this national embarrassment..we could build “Townships” outside all of our major cities to provide for all…London streets could once again appear prosperous without blemish….
