  1. Party in power in Serbia is called "Serbian Progressive Party" , with coalition partners (main is Socialist party of Serbia - party of late president Milosevic). As for upcoming elections (all levels , including presidential elections) , Vucic will win presidential elections (no doubt , since the state of institutions and "democracy" in Serbia , control of the media etc..) , but the main "battle" will be over local government in Belgrade and , to some extent , over national assembly (parliament). There will be giant steel of the votes (business as usual - and I can prove it , because the voting lief-let (like invitation to election) came to my home , with a name of a person which never lived here , on this address) , but , the long presence of the same politicians (with massive , massive corruption and privatization of the state) and constantly decreasing living standard for general public (with lots of emigration of skilled young and middle aged people) has galvanized people , so there will be some changes (not tectonic - west wouldn't allow it). There is a possibility that Vucic , when elections are done , depending on the pressure from the west can impose sanctions on Russian federation of some form . He needs to stay in power , to keep covering up collective ruling coalition misdeeds and corruption .
