  1. I believe , that Russians know for the most time (if not all the time) exactly where Zelensky is and they don't want to kill him. Why would they ? He is helping them with achieving at least one part of SMO (demilitarization of Ukraine) , besides the other benefits they have from him (in international political arena). NATO can try some (mostly political) schemes , with concrete help they are providing to Ukraine so far and for limited time in future , but direct involvement is out of question (they still have some very good and educated military professionals , which know military math). Of course , some of NATO countries (their political leadership) still may be coerced , or somehow convinced to take action , but I don't think it would fly domestically .
