  1. The issue is not about license plates. It is about documents (including registration of their cars , therefore license plates too) for Serbs which are living in territory of Kosovo and Metohija. Some of them (probably majority) has documents issued by Republic of Serbia and temporary government in Prishtina wants them to have some kind of visas if they travel across the administrative border , which would have expiration time of three months. Basically , Serbs which are living there (with Serbian documents) will have to exit the territory of Kosovo and enter again at least every three monts , in order to have papers in order and in order not to be expelled from Kosovo.
