West Balkan (and Balkan in general) is very complicated place - politically and historically. It is continuing to be complicated politically , because elites (trough media) constantly reheating old griefs , hate and other negative things , which has sole purpose to keep them in power (while masses antagonize each other - division is a beautiful thing , when you are a ruler). Of course , major "powers" in Europe (+ USA) benefit from those tensions. Governments in Balkan are ALL on a globalist (WEF) band wagon , no matter what they are talking publicly . Some people fall for the narrative , others do not. The truth is - we are , mostly , south Slavs and (except Slovenians and Macedonians) we speak the same language (different dialects). There are minorities (I mean non Slavic) .
Princ Michael (knez Mihajlo Obrenović) , the man on the horse (monument) in front of national museum and across the street from national theater , was ruler of Serbia in two occasions . He built these institutions (before mentioned) and he took over the Belgrade from the Ottomans after some incident (after which the Ottomans bombed the city from the fortress). There is a Wikipedia page about him.
Girl in the video tried to explain some things about the Nemanjić dynasty (Rastko Nemanjić - St. Sava) , but the facts were wrong (I believe that she mixed up things). He lived in 12th and 13th century and he was a prince , but he chose to engage in diplomacy and church. He was first Serbian Archbishop , and he gained independence for , what is now known as Serbian Orthodox Church and king's crown for his brother Stefan (from Roman Pope) - by which he made Serbia a kingdom and mostly independent (still under the Byzantine influence). He died in Hilandar (where he and his father built some monasteries) and the temple of St. Sava was built in a place , where Ottomans burned his remains , after Serbian rebellion in 17th century (there were a lot of rebellions here). The temple is built to look like St Sofia in Istanbul and it is one of the largest orthodox churches in the world (largest by volume) and it is not a monastery. You should visit it next time you come back (and you can record video in there). If you visit it - don't miss the crypt (stairs are near the entrance).
External display of weapons in the fortress is a part of military museum permanent exhibition and the missiles exhibited are the same ones that shot down the F 117 B "nighthawk" - stealth bomber (invisible) , in NATO aggression of 1999. The only one that was shot down in the world , ever , and our anti air forces made excuses after that - they weren't aware that it was invisible... 😁
The conclusion of the video can be applied to this whole region - Balkan is the black hole for talent , creativity and ideas . For the most part , talented people from these parts are recognized only after they leave and make it somewhere else , like Tesla , Pupin , Milanković (or the athletes - both lists are veeery long) ... I believe , that there is a historic reason for that kind of mentality (constant wars and struggles) , but that is for debate...
I like your videos , because of "open" approach to places and people. Of course , you are young , but it is commendable that you didn't just gave in to western media propaganda and decided to check things out for yourself. Don't pay too much attention to hateful comments and keep up the good work.

As far as I know , they put their favorite people in Bellmarsh - like Julian Asange , which was in extradition confinement and treated like a terrorist. By now , you should get a grasp of how evil empire works and deals with its enemies , or just naughty people (that they dislike). By evil empire , I don't mean GB (or just GB authorities) - I mean all the forces that are messing with ordinary people , by variety of means and including removal of common sense in adopting and applying the law(s) and in public sphere all together. Predominately in west , but not exclusively. Tony has his beliefs and he fights for his country in his way. I don't agree with many things he says (with some I do) , but we don't share the same perspective , so maybe he's more right than I think . However , he went to jail , giving in to the system he criticize and as a reward , he went to a "nice" place. I just don't believe (in general) , that it's possible to revert GB to a place of polite , kind and strange people , that it used to be (in general) some decades ago - especially not by using the system that has metastases itself beyond even resemblance of what it used to be once. You can NOT vote , in local , or parliamentary level , things to revert back to "normal" state. In cacophony of division among people (political , religious , racial, economic...) they can not even determine what is the main threat to them , let alone how to fix things and unite behind the common ideal . Tony has very public profile , that is why you know of him , or what is going on. There are thousands that are being wronged by law , or by misinterpretation of the law ,but no one ever talks or hears about them.

I like your videos. Obviously , I don't comment on British related stuff (I'm not British) , but I do like to comment on Geo political stuff (I should really get a life instead 😁). You've got an essence of it. I do recommend to check out what Richard Medhurst has to say about it , as well as GreyZone folks and some others that do understand Middle East (Pepe Escobar , Eve Bartlet ...). Just to clarify - Asad (his forces) didn't dropped chemical weapons on his people - some American contractors did it , with the help of "white helmets" , which just so happen to have cameras rolling , while running towards the chemical attack , while it was happening... You know how it works (not a conspiracy theory -it has been proven , but too late , some other stuff happened in the mean time and took over the prime time news). Yes , he was a dictator , but not a narcissistic one , like they are often portrayed - he got the job he didn't wanted , just because his older brother died in a car accident. He ruled the only way he was taught to and it wasn't so bad there , well , until the Yenks decided that he has to go (never mind his help against Al Qaeda and other terrorists). War in Syria was started from outside and before it , it wasn't too bad place to live in. People from three major religions were living in harmony , side by side (bad , isn't it?). So , ok , ophthalmologist has gone and now what ? Well , now the "interesting times" are beginning . We have Israelis , who consider land up to Euphrates to be theirs , you have Turkish armed proxies (the man of the day is one) , but , you , also have US funded Kurds , which don't like Turks and their dogs and Israel too. There are Shea people -they , also don't like Turkish terrorists and Israelis , so we'll see. It is wonder how Jihady Islamists in and from Syria never attacked Israel (must have been love). Similarly to Israelis , Erdogan considers Syria as his back yard , mostly Aleppo and half way to Damascus and towards Iraq. Seems to me , after all , that Russians will get to keep their bases. Btw , Armagedon is a small village in Syria . For now , interested parties are just breathing and assessing situation , potential temporary allies and weakest points of them all. What will come is to be seen , but I'm guessing that Libyan conflict will look like fun fair with couple of fire crackers , comparing to stuff that'll develop in Syria (hope I'm wrong , but not holding my breath). Oh , not to forget , Bibi don't care for his people , he is just taking opportunity that presented itself to divert attention from real problems ( a nice jail cell is promised to him and what is that thing called Palestine?). Take care !
P-S. Those people that you've included in your video , talking about majority of middle eastern Muslims that came to W. Europe are dead right.

@BritishLandeur As we speak - Israel AF are advancing towards Damascus.
I'm not commenting on the GB issues , because I have feeling that it all is beyond help. You sound very reasonable in your videos , but that kind of reasoning might resonate with British people that have traditional way of thinking and/or mentality , like it was (let's say) in the early , to mid '90's. It is very small minority now. Poor leadership , with media helping them is just one thing , but the imported mass , which feels very powerful and protected and with their own agenda and totally different mindset is the other thing. British society ia divided in so many groups and layers , locked in a political system that was always designed to favor and protect the richest and the most powerful (who , basically , own the majority of the land and wealth on the isles ), so you (people) don't have a slightest chance to deal with it , in a democratic manner , within a given system. Furthermore , people react on political talking heads from house of commons and Downing street , while all the time things are run by un-elected civil servants (since WWII ) , counting "intelligence" services in it. I could write an essay , or booklet just on recent period of time , so that's why I don't comment on British related topics ; somebody might take offense in some stated fact , if it's not in sync with his/hers views or "feelings" - and I am a foreigner . Besides , if I express some criticism (about British government , or some ethnic , or religious group ) and someone agrees with me - they may go to prison , or be fined , according to British law. So , it is better to stick on commenting Geo political events and agendas. It is much more convenient and painless , to speak about remote things and events , while our houses are on fire...

I see you like empires , but it's not that simple. Mr Trump , in his first term , hasn't been able to finish "the wall" , never mind the other things he said he would do (some things he did , like abolishing "Obama care" law and somewhat boosting up US economy). Now , this imperial stuff could get support from within , even with his opponents , because empire is living of of chaos , military spending , subduing other countries/people to their own will and needs and exploiting them (or just perverted wishes , without sense , or benefit , since ruling class is a bit deranged). At this point , Republican party has majority in both houses , but well see how it will go in midterm elections and majority of republicans (with any function , I mean) are called uni-party members and they are neocons . Democrats seeded the "land mines" for him , wherever they could (internally and externally). This means , whatever he wants to achieve will depend on how the establishment perceives it (is it good , or bad for them). They WILL try to control him and his choices for key people say that he underestimates power in shadows (for illustration purposes : in his forst term , he DID ordered US troops to be withdrawn from Syria , but they said yes and didn't do anything (it was just before the elections)) . As for Greenland , he can take it , but Greenlanders aren't too happy about that , just like with Denmark . Nobody wants to live in a colony . Kids that you've pu on are just kids , without grasp of politics and geopolitics , influenced by social networks and TV. Adults think differently (most of them -I saw an interview with one of the common native people from Greenland). Buying proposal was , as I see it , directed to Denmark , not to the people of Greenland (and the proposition you've made , about getting a $ million per capita for selling their land/country , is also preposterous - how much are the minerals and other raw materials worth and land mass on the north ocean , towards future trading route ?). However , he can do it "for free" , militarily , because there is no one to challenge him (well , no one that cares). On Canada issue , well , it's up to Canadians , but I doubt they will be very welcoming to the idea (at least majority) , but they can speak for themselves. For sure Quebec wouldn't appreciate the idea. Maybe I'm wrong , but I doubt it. Panama canal will not go easy , because , there are new trading powers in the world. There are , also , ideas for a new canal trough Guatemala , or thereabouts and that would be built by Chinese . In reality , Trump has (if he finishes his term) four years to do everything he says he want to do , but I strongly doubt that it is possible. He can have impact internally , with Elon's help , but do not forget the power of deep state - some of the agencies he wants to reorganize/remove are their main tools for enabling their agenda. Bear in mind , that US is deeply divided country , on multiple levels. Those things would be hard to achieve even with pretty cohesive nation , but with this state of affairs there , it would be "mission impossible" , in my opinion. Just because of time needed for any change to catch on , either legally , or with people .
About energy , well , it is a wishful thinking. Yes US has enormous natural reserves of oil and gas , but the people who are running that business , kind off , really like to minimize potential problems (in a sense of regulations and taxes) and to maximize profit (people outside US do the drilling business for much less money than Americans do). Those oil people , also , want to be sure , that they will do business without any problems , or distractions in future , for a long , long time , before they invest billions and billions in that business. Of course , before everything , Mr Trump will have to pass the adequate laws and , I believe , that would not always go very smooth . I mean , just making US military "stronger" would take decade , or more , according to Col Macgregor and he doubts that US military can grow much in size.
Also , the guy is pretty old (his brain , so far , works , even he is an ego-centric narcissistic maniac ) and has some wrong presumptions (like he will force Russia , or China to do something he wants , or he will sanction them , or whatever ...). He is pretty unpredictable , but also , he can be influenced by the people that surround him , especially if he himself , doesn't know much about given subject. He wants to "force" America to be great again , but it is not how it works.
Personally , I doubt that he will finish his term , if he tries really hard and seriously to "rearrange" the establishment and their creations (since decades) , or , at least , he will be stuck in internal politics (externally , Americans are never stuck, m because whenever they mess up , which they do regularly . they just pick up and leave on their own continent). He will try to undermine BRICKS and he may be partially successful , but he underestimates how fed up people are wit USA. It has to be said , if he moves to make extremely large and powerful empire , we may witness some hot wars all over (hopefully , not a nuclear one) , because , there are new (old) powers in existence , which would look at those attempts , just like GB did on a Hitler - he was all right (making barrier to USSR) as long as he didn't get too powerful and to challenge old powers (which he wanted to).
Anyway , I don't see immediate benefits of him being president of USA , for people of USA , or for broader international community. There will be some gestures and surprises alng the way , but he is not an angel and as for Europe , they are in real trouble now (GB will do as they're told to do - nothing specially good for it's citizens).
All of this isn't not even the tip of the iceberg - I mean , serious and experienced analytic experts are debating these issues for months now and we don't have proper predictions yet.

You are giving too much significance to Zelensky. Of course , he is playing a role of a Ukrainian president (quite literary) , because he's not a president by Ukrainian constitution any more , but only by decision in "rules based order" style , of his masters . Recent Ukrainian parliament decision od "support" for "president" Zelensky , is also a show (not legal in any way in Ukraine).
About the suit and the behavior - it is widely known , that the man is an actor , specifically chosen for the part (some say function , or institution) of the president because of his popularity at the time (TV show , where he was playing a character of a president) . Since his election he had only decided on minor , unimportant things , even before the war (there were/are people around him to suggest what he should do , or sign). He is stil playing his part and , by being pretty isolated from reality (I mean , from normal , every day life , even as it is in today's Ukraine) , he probably thinks that he is a strategy genius , big military leader and very important person in diplomatic circles. Cocaine addiction doesn't help either . He is , also , very angry , because Americans are leaving him high and dry , after so many promises and famous Boris Johnson visit in late March , early April od 2022 , when he brought the message from Americans (don't sign the deal with Russians , or else ! You just keep it going and we'll take care of everything , AS LONG AS IT TAKES .). He is used to open his mouth and play his part , to get whatever he wants (money , military help) and lately American tap has dried out + he is being put to his place by Trump and other US officials.
As for TV show of arguing and whatever , you should take into account , that that was AFTER the real meeting with Trump (and , probably , bunch of other people). On that meeting he was told , basically , that the show is over , he has done very well so far and that now someone else will take responsibility , to sign whatever is needed with Russians. Knowing Trump , that was not being said in a nice , mellow way and Trump is holding grudges for long time and never forgets and forgives (Zelensky has already spent the bonus points , with mineral deal rejection and some insults toward Trump. Though , he couldn't realistically sign anything , because he has already done it with British) . Zelensky isn't a diplomat , nor he really cares about Ukraine. He has ego about the same size as Trump , but he doesn't have the same power , weight and experience. He is done , but the echo of his presidency is still remaining (while the terms of capitulation are being finalized , between US and Russia). If he annoys Trump too much , he can still end up dead , even with SAS as his personal guards.
Trump is businessman and he has a plan. Of course , he would rather to take care of things directly (as he is used to , in his companies) , but , in a public eye , one must pretend. He doesn't care how many people has died (that is a man , who wants to be a owner of Gaza and build a giant resort on that part of coast) , though , I don't believe that he is bloodthirsty , but he wants it finished , so that he doesn't need to deal with it anymore and he gets to say that he resolved the situation (every win and every spin counts) . He'll get to focus on his agenda more (middle East , China , clearing his enemies from the federal apparatus....). Europeans (British especially) are playing into his hands , by ensuring economic self destruction , with continuing to support Ukraine (Ursula wants to pledge 750 billion Euros to Ukraine) and with continuing with green agenda and decoupling with Russia. Trump will make a deal with Putin and you may yet see , that Europe will buy Russian gas from Americans (proclaiming it American).

Actually , you CAN join the Russian military - there are many foreigners who did (I mean since conflict started). Until the end of the last year , contracts were made for a period of 6 months , but since than it changed - one has to serve until special military operation is done (or , if the war breaks out , you can't just leave). After finished 6 months of service , everyone (talking about foreign citizens) will receive citizenship and a plot of land. Salaries and bonuses for military personal are pretty incentivizing (quite higher than average) and there are other benefits too. After regular service , you become a reserve (there are very precise conditions and regulations about everything related to military service). There are some Americans (with and without prior military experience) who are serving right now (mostly in Ukraine) that I know of , so , they would probably take the Brit with certain experience and expertise (after loads of security check ups , of course). I can provide a telegram link for that , if you are interested.
Putin's decree is not about Russian Orthodox church values , per se , but about traditional moral family values (which used to be main stream in Europe too , couple of decades ago , or so) - there are many Muslims in Russia and other religions too . The main thing about that is that the knowledge of Russian language isn't a condition for getting a permanent residency anymore and if many Brits , Americans , Canadians learnt it - pretty much anyone can too (at least to conversational level). If you think that Russian language is hard (which it is) , try Polish language 😁
Besides the obvious professions (which almost every country needs) , Russians are looking for farmers too (they , kind of , have some land to spare..) and the government and local incentives and subventions are (at the moment) ludicrous - in some cases up to 100% (my friend took advantage of that in Crimea) . If you know what are you doing , you can get seriously wealthy within a year , or two (again , I know people). Foreigners can't own the land (as in farm-able land) , but they can lease it , with an of option of buying. Big families are welcomed and there is a strong state support for children.
There are negatives , of course , like everywhere in this world .
At the moment (arguably) Russia is one of the places with best opportunities for a good life , depending on personal goals and convictions and preferences in general (there are some countries in south east Asia). However , simply by moving to Russia (or any other place) no one can solve all of his/hers problems - one simply exchange one set of problems for different set of problems (regarding different country and culture , laws , mentality , language ....). Also , if one has personal issues , those stick with that person , no matter what country he , or she is in. People tend to forget that. Though , sometimes , changing scenery and perspective - helps. It may be wise to visit Russia couple of times (prolonged touristic visits in different parts of the year and different places) prior to making decision to move - just to get a proper feeling (vibe?) of the place and to verify if it suits one's expectations .
Btw , Europe is beautiful , but , than again , there are other places in the world that are beautiful in their own way. I'm sure that western Europe (at least) is on the way of no return (at least socially and economically and , for sure , demographically).

On the point of jacket - I would suggest to acquire a few different ones and let people think that it is just a fashion that you like. Maybe you can order some wind/rain jackets and put some logo on them and declare it your "merch" , so that people can buy it. Anyway , it is almost always cloudy and rainy in Britain (in autumn and winter for sure) , so , you might as well wear a bowl hat and a umbrella - no one would react.
Now about Mr Trump. These popular executive orders that he signed (as promised in the presidential campaign) are mostly - popular. Of course , the country will benefit (hopefully for a long time) from anti-woke decisions and measures and from securing the border (which is , kind of , one of the main things that makes a country). Though , they are putting in custody the illegals who are "secured" by the state - those who's rent is being covered by the state and they have an address to receive state help (pocket money). They will have more problems on finding people that aren't in the program - it may turn into a witch-hunt (I mean , people taking the law into their hands). We'll see , it is still early days.
As for CO2 emissions - it was a fraud since beginning and it has (for the most part) nothing to do with climate change (we do have climate change , but it's a natural thing). Anyone could find that out (since we have internet) , but no , it's easier to swallow up something that talking heads say on the telly (pushing some extremely rich people agenda). But , more importantly , in USA case , it will ease a little bit of pressure from production part of economy. I doubt that'll better ordinary people lives , but it may influence job opportunities. I strongly doubt that much of the saved government money will be directed toward people - it may cause bigger profits for some people though. Leaving Paris accords and WHO may upset some rich people , but they will wait him out , unless he really gets into stuff that are causing much of the America's problems. He never mentioned US debt problem (and internal debt problem) , or homelessness , infrastructure , healthcare , racism and such. He blamed it all on Biden and his crew (well , they were guilty for the such invasion of illegals and for institutionalizing "wokeism" and helping inflation growth) and the illegals themselves (which can't be blamed for the inflation , pore living standards and the rest of the problems , besides some criminal activity) , but the problems were there (less of it) even when he was serving his first term. We'll se how the rest of his proclaimed agenda goes (like cutting off military help for Ukraine) , because of the people he surrounded himself with. I'll say it again , most of those people will turn on him (or just ignore his orders) as soon as he's decisions touch , or affect interests they are involved in (or funded by). Ordinary people will struggle economically as before him.
I still don't quite understand your excitement with him. Well , from a British perspective and with your current situation - PM (and government) - Trump looks better by a country mile (at least , for start , he does some things , that he was saying he would do , if elected - results of those are yet to be seen) , but he is NOT a people person , not from the people , nor for the people , he just present himself that way sometimes. In my opinion , he will alienate himself (or US , if you will) from Europe (EU and NATO) including GB (I don't see current government to get along with him on any topic , unless they are forced). He will lean heavily (bully) smaller countries to do his bidding. GB can't resolve it's problems in a way that Trump is trying to do it - unless you have some sort of dictatorship.
Leaders who take care of their people are on the other side(s) of the world (beside taking care of the country's interests).

@BritishLandeur best politician in the west (you've probably ment in anglo sphere) in power - probably. In the west (as a broader term) - surely not. In Europe (in power) there are Orban and Fico (Melony is all talk , no walk) , but there is Milei in Argentina , which is strange , but with extraordinary results. There are some in Europe also , but they are opposition for now. Mostly , the rest of the people are Soros educated , globalist , WEF puppies , with deminished sence of reality. They have (for the most part) developed sence of media effects and how something may look , to the ordinary woter (but they went too far wth lies).
We have military surplus stores here (mostly of NATO equipment-wardrobe) with excellent quality and in different colour options. Jackets (anti perspirant , bridable , wind and rain proof) is about 80 euro. For some reason , most of stuff they sell , has "tactical" added to the name of the product and I've always wondered are there , in existance , like "operational" , or "strategical" pants (trousers) , but still those are very good guality. If you don't want to do merchendize , you may go shoping , next time you come here .

As usual , well articulated analysis of "hot" issues. However , those are just symptoms (or consequences) of a much deeper political (and social) problems. I have no doubt , that some other issue , or event will emerge soon and the people will react to it (in various ways , depending on personal stance) and than another thing will happen and so on - and people will still react like a cat to a laser beam . In the meantime , government will produce more laws and regulations to regulate and control everyone personally (1984 anyone?) , to remove any chance of financial independence and/or well being (for working class and middle class - you'll have nothing and you'll be happy) , etc.. After idiotic knife law (and now anti-smoking law) , I'm beginning to think that we soon may see revival of old tradition (law) of "prima nocta" , modernized with stipulation that local lord/sheriff has to perform as bisexual , so that no one of newly wedded should be left out.
None of the parties (including Farage's party) can , or will solve the problems. Problems are structural and parties are structured to aim to get in power and stay in power , not to solve problems , or care about the people. So , buckle up , these are "interesting times".

I'm not a British , but I can make some general remarks about stated ideas in the video.
First , talk about democracy , particularly "direct democracy". Any type of functioning democracy has to have properly politically educated , properly informed and politically active , or at least somewhat engaged adult population. Otherwise , it is just a facade and rulers get to do whatever they want. I mean (with extremely rare and occasional exception) - representatives of the people (commons in UK parliamentary system) ARE part of ruling class and general population is very misinformed (propagandized) . Direct democracy would require to cancel political parties , because direct democracy excludes particular interests and introduce common interests (in broadest terms) . Since educational system is flawed (intentionally) and most of parents/custodians of young generations are indoctrinated (keep your head down and your nose clean) - there is a little chance to get a generation of free thinkers and "common goal action" people. For that - you'll need a total collapse of a system (think Oliver Cromwell) and/or great catastrophe (like WW II was) to change overall "ethos" among the people. Bear in mind , British population isn't cohesive like it was after WW II , not even near and for achieving common interest , you need to have minimal common denominator .
Here is a story about Aristotel and his view of democracy. One day he walked with his students in the outskirts of Athens and someone asked him what he thinks about democracy. Aristotel calmly turned around and pointed in the direction of simple three sheep herders near by and said : as long as those three can outvote ME , I don't like the democracy.
System I would prefer would be meritocracy (of course , with strong morality and some sort of public control of justice - and I mean justice , not law). Freedom of speech is a MUST (paired with criminal responsibility for any public statement) for any properly functioning society. Though , people can be perfectly happy in authoritarian countries (even absolutist countries), as long as they're lucky to have responsible man/people on the top.
On the point of Energy - it is dependent of the part of the world one is living in (country) , but , in UK (at the moment) you're being robbed blind. Otherwise , I mostly agree with you and people should reject this new green religion a.s.a.p. Of course , humans caused a lot of pollution which affects almost all living things , including humans themselves and we should change our ways to more sustainable ones , by natural progress , not by administrative measures . People messed with nature a lot - but , for sure , there is nothing we can do about the climate change , besides preparing as best as we can. We can talk about "fighting climate change" , as soon as someone manage to stop ordinary flood , or earthquake (localized events). Until then , we can not deal with planetary processes (like global warming , or switching of the magnetic poles...) which happened a few times before humans even existed .
I understand that you're "cheering" for military funds (as a former military man) , but we should unpack that idea. What do countries need armies (military I mean) for ? General answer would be -for defense . Now , GB is/was colonial power , therefore , military is needed for purposes other than defense also. If we look at the first part (defense) , logical question would be - against who ? Who would have a reason to attack (or invade) GB ? The answer is - no one (emotional historic old grudges aren't real reasons) . Never mind the NATO alliance - no one even remotely in the neighborhood would have such interest and not even forever evil baddies - Russians (to the contrary of what UK media writes and says about that subject , for a century now).
That leaves the other part - colonial engagement. In practice , that means (as things are standing now) that HM military would be engaged in US private projects , like Afghanistan , Iraq , Libya or , before that Yugoslavia. There is no benefit for the people of GB , or the crown - except very small number of people which benefits from arms contracts . GB's tax payers will bear the expense of such excursion. On it's own , GB military can't do anything of significance (yes , it can do a significant damage to the countries with inferior military potential in a global south , but those countries rapidly acquire new , powerful friends) , but no new colonies , especially not ones with some vital (strategic) resources. More funding for military , doesn't mean that said military would be better and/or larger - it probably means that weapons would get more expensive and some more toys for the navy would be built (never mind that there is not enough people to populate said vessels above , or under surface of the sea). People that serve in the military now are separate subject. Again , those aren't cohesive bunch and military is going woke more and more . Of course , there are very capable units like Guards , paratroopers and special state sponsored terorist units lik SAS and SBS , but , overall , numbers are falling and the quality is falling. I'm writing this , as a far removed observer - I don't know the real state of UK military , but it is a far cry from the state it was in late cold war , or nineties - that's for sure. I mean , year and a half ago , I saw a General talking about imminent shortage of ammunition and missiles on the Russian side , in Russo Ukrainian war. For anyone with a half of brain - it is equivalent of saying : It is expected that Saudi's will run out of sand in near future...
So , in my opinion , funds would be better used for NHS and in schools , but only if you get a socially responsible politicians. Otherwise , it will just enhance corruption.
Sorry for a lengthy comment , but you've talked for half an hour - it is impossible to comment on all of it , in like five sentences (unless someone wants to troll) and I did left out some of the subjects. All the best !

If they vote against this , I'm sure , that next proposed bill (to fix an issue) would be a "prima nocta" right , by a local lord , or head of local council... Law would not fix the problem , because those people can always go somewhere else to get married (did the law about knife carrying fixed a stabbing problems in GB ? ). Moral and health issues aren't even for a debate , in this day and age (though , in some parts of this planet , people still chop off each other heads and have slave markets...).
I'm an Orthodox Christian and we have a word for "cousin" , but , we use word like brother and sister for first , second...and so on cousins , just to be on a safe side (like , first cousin from a uncle , or an aunt , on any side of family , female is called sister from a uncle , or an aunt). Our church (and law , I believe) allows marriage only after 9th order of relation . Still , it looks that there aren't more pressing topics for parliament to debate on - it's all fine.

@BritishLandeur please,if you can , address me as "Pedja" , because "sir" sounds in my head like some butler is talking to me (or police officer). I have to answer , so that it'll be clear - there is underlying , as you've put it -"mono culture" in Serbia, but that is , mostly good old conservatism (on biblical basis). Actually , Serbia is , due to history , very culturally diverse , from north to south and east to west , but the main thing is family , community and in many cases God (we do have a large Muslim community in southwest and quite a lot Catholics in north and northwest , some protestants too) .
However , in big cities it fades , because of the nature of organization of daily life ans size of the place .
Gambling is not a problem , but there are a lot of betting shops and casinos etc...Most people there are spending money like people use to do on a lottery , in the old days , relatively small amounts (and if they win , they reinvest in further betting so that they can have a feeling that they are doing (like working) something). Mostly , it's a money laundry scheme (but that is in a political domain , I'll explain it to you sometime ). I personally know quite a few people that make living of those betting salons , because , we know sports. First grup that I mentioned is making that kind of business just about profitable. We don't have too many addictions (in a sense of problematic overspending) , but there are some , like in every society. I personally use those facilities , if I need to go to the toilet , or if there is no cafe around , when I wait for someone. I don't know how to fill the betting ticket.
About disintegration of society - I was born in Yugoslavia. For 35 years I've been watching various stages of disintegration and degradation. I do get what are you saying about Britain , because , when I was little , in TV programs for children , I was watching Survivor (wild animals program) , David Bellamy , You've asked... My forst encounter with "English" humor (I was still little) was Benny Hill . later it was Dave Alen and in my late teens and early adulthood - it was "Only fools 'n' horses" and "Cafe Alo Alo " , "Open all hours" and many more... Quite a few friends lived in GB (mostly London and Oxford) , but , unfortunately , that faze (cultural . economical , that kind of spirit and behavior , if you will) is gone.
World , as it is (therefore GB and many other countries , mine included) - isn't normal. We've reached a sort of tipping point , so it'll take some time (up to decade) to get things , somewhat at least , in order (whatever that order may be). Terry Pratchett did mentioned something about "interesting times" . So , head up and buckle up.

@BritishLandeur You aren't the first one who suggested to me to become a tour guide , or a history teacher 😃 But , I'm over 50 and I hate to walk in the heat ... Seriously , things I know about history and general culture are consequence of my early education in Yugoslavia - education system and great teachers (though , I'm trained in machine science , being maker most of my life) . From that time and considering the turmoils that we went trough - I've kept inquisitive and analytical mind and , in general , most of us (relatively educated , middle aged people , from around these lands) can "smell" BS propaganda from far away. Though , there is a lot of tribalism too .
Best time of year to visit these parts is end of April and trough May (hopefully , the weather should be as it used to be - sunny and not too hot). If I may - I suggest to dedicate more time in order to see more stuff and meet more people and to find a "base" from where you can go places. If you find sponsors for your videos - it'll be easily financially viable .
I wish you happy and safe travels.

Great content ! However , even so all that you say is the truth (from your point of view). it is like stating the obvious - you can't convince people who doesn't check any information and just go by the gut feeling (mostly trusting TV and talking heads on it).
I don't think that any , or at least - most of the western European politicians are interested in doing something (anything , really) for their own nation. Their people are other globalists (WEF and some other organizations) , extremely wealthy people (bankers mostly) and/or their managers. They think in old and new colonial way , maybe even , a new feudal way (ordinary peasants don't matter). Back in a day , they at least tried to be reelected , but nowadays , if they have to resign , they will get a nice little job in a company they served well during the mandate , or some teaching post , or a book deal , or just place to sit in some kind of board , earning much more than they did as civil servants. There is a reason for that colonial mind - Britain was never big on resources (accept coal) and , for a long time , it was a financial power. Now , that financial stuff is going the same way as coal went , they will chase colonies , for resources (as like pre industrial Britain did , when Spanish might sunk) , because , you can't get revival from within , especially in today's circumstances. They are delusional , if you ask me and they think that such investment (like with Ukraine) could bring them back on a green branch and , anyways , they are preparing to erase everything , by transitioning on electronic currency (globalists are pedaling that idea for years now - total and absolute control).
Ukraine does have a problem with man power (especially since the "great counter offensive " of 2023). There is a martial law in Ukraine now , but as soon as it ends - you'll se much more emigration , because , most of the land is economically dead (and without work force and men in "usable" age). It will be place of instability , for long time after the war (20-30 years). However , they are loosing the war , with , or without foreign help and the front is constantly moving westward . If Americans switch off satellites (acquiring targets , targeting ....) , they are done quite fast.
Russians won't attack Britain , or Europe (unless directly and unavoidably provoked) , because they have no reason , or need for some gain , so most of that stuff are lies and/or projections of former colonial masters. Famous article 5 doesn't mean automatic military response from all the members , or any . Turkie is in NATO - do you really aspect them to fight Russia if western Europeans poke a bear enough to react ? As for boots on the ground - well there were quite a few since the invasion and many were left "on the ground" , or below. It is just a wet dream and delusion (bringing up self importance by everyone in "coalition of the willing"). Keep up the good work , Because I have a feeling that this year will be very interesting.

@rickardstrom9305 Which empire was keen of human rights , ever ? Of course , we are talking of modern era , because concept of human rights didn't existed before (in a sense of wide international recognition and legislation). For the most part , even today , it is just a thing that was written somewhere (UN? Some constitutions?) , but given the chance , people in charge will ignore it easily (even on their own population) , pursuing their own interests. Soviets (and later Chinese and some others) were ideologically motivated , unlike people from the west , who were more materially motivated (control and ownership of resources).

Oh , joy ! Let me start with obvious things - US and GB didn't " gave authorization" to Ukrainians for use of long range weapons to target Russian soil (it is an euphemism for domestic audience consumption) - they launched those weapons (ATACAMs & Storm Shadows) from Ukrainian territory. All the targeting (input and sequencing) , decrypting satelite data for positioning and trajectory (from US and NATO satellites) is done by US , GB military specialists , which have multiple years of training and are using proprietary encrypting/decrypting software , to which Ukrainians don't have access (security reasons) . I doubt that they are anything more than drivers and I heavily suspect that Storm shadow delivery plane is piloted by British pilot with experience.
I like your reasoning (not just about this , but about other topics also) but you don't get all the facts , or your interpretation is a bit off. Just to say , I do speak Russian (not as good as English , although , I doubt i would be part of the cast for Shakespeare play) , so I keep track of what is going on on Telegram (both Russians and Ukrainians) and some Russian TV (of course , they cheer for their own , but it is not nearly propagandized as western media and you can hear a difference in opinions). So let's get started...
You are right about expanding of NATO , which speaks of colonial western hypocrisy and Putin did talked about that since 2004 and made his famous speech in Munich security conference in 2008. So we come to Ukraine. Ukraine was never a nuclear power , it just had part of Soviet nuclear arsenal in it's territory. Legal continuity of USSR lies with Russia , so they took the nuclear stuff out of Ukraine. Belorus did the same (gave up stuff) , just as the rest of republics which left the federation. Yes , Ukraine is a sweetheart of western hegemon' s since end of WW I , which continued after WW II (last Nazi Banderists surrendered to Soviet army in 1954 , all the time being supported by US and GB ) and they see the Ukraine as a door into the Russia (lots of good stuff there - even Napoleon knew that). Ukraine has a warm sea (US and GB are primarily maritime powers) and a lot of flat land and sort of strategic depth - ideal for parking the troops and material. Other than that , I vividly remember a BBC reportage from 2008 about "worrying growth of Neo-Nazism in Ukraine" , among the youth and their paramilitary training camps. I also remember seeing in that reportage , young girls (8-10 years old) raising arms with Ukro Nazi salute : Slava Ukraini - Slava geroiam (Banderist Nazi salute , from WW II). Since we all know what has happened in 2014 and we all know about second Minsk agreement from 2015 , lets talk about "unprovoked" invasion on Ukraine. NATO trained and equipped Ukrainian strike forces from 2015 regularly (there were some preparations prior that time - more in the intelligence sphere) . Russians (Putin and Lavrov mostly) pleaded , warned and pointed out that they have to react , but it fell on death ears. In February of 2022 , Ukraine had 280 000 strike force parked in Donbass , ready to launch in March 8th , or 9th (i forgot the exact date). After taking Donbass (which would be walk in the park , considering numbers of LDPR forces and their equipment) , their task was to breach Russian border , with some pretenses of "helping Russians to get democracy" or something similar. Putin just beat them to the punch. If you think that it is a fantastic proposition , just remember that everybody said , at the start of conflict , that Russia is just a gas station with nukes , mascaraded as a state and that they were out of munition almost every week - which speaks volumes of state of mind of people who prepared this for well over a decade against Russia (Nuland comes to mind). Even than , Ukrainians and Russians reached an agreement in Istanbul on April 1st 2022 , which was , basically , Minsk II again , just with clause that Ukraine will never join NATO - and than Boris came (sent by someone in Washington). Russians redrew their troops from northern regions as a sign of good will , but , as many American officials said - we have to harm Russia (never mind suffering of millions of Ukrainians with close to one million dead in combat) - so it went on. Of course , public voting to join Russia in four regions was a result of not adhering to the reached agreement. It was never about the territory (accept Crimea - it is a strategic point). Also , Russians have advanced a bit since WW II and they don't do human waves any more , therefore slow and methodical progress. Yes , they can take more territory much faster , but with much greater loses . Anyway , they don't work by western standards , or calendar.
Also , everyone says that Putin is dictator. Why ? Russia has presidential democratic system , just like France or US. Mind you , given from what I have heard from other high ranking Russians - he is very moderate and nice and so far , he exercised extreme restraint .
About last missile strike on Ukraine (Dnepropetrovsk , or Dnipro). Missile that was used to destroy industrial zone is called Oreshnik (Hazel). It is not a ICBM , although it uses similar , or same rolling canister launch system on 6 axles , like ICBM. It is short to medium range (new one , one of few new systems) missile , carrying 6 warheads (nuclear capable) each with 6 munitions (that is 36 independent final trajectory munitions). It travels with speed of 10 MACH (3,5 km per second). No one has anything to intercept that. I've watched video of its flight over Kazakhstan border - it is impressive , even if I know that at the end of the flight someone will die. I see that this morning UK chief of staff is in Kiev , presumably to collect the rest 38 Storm shadows and bring them home - it's getting dangerous.

@BritishLandeur Thanks for response . Very polite response , as one might aspect from an British gentleman - my name (nickname) is as it shows with avatar - Pedja .
I do understand your stance about UK doctrine and the rest of it. Mind you , my comments on it aren't personal , it is how things are , regarding this conflict (and others) and UK is very prominent ,let's say "assistant" in various US endeavors abroad.
I absolutely agree on Russian military blunders . There is no military in the world that doesn't get "bloody nose" if it wasn't engaged in fight , for years and decades. I do mean proper war , not just bombing and sweeping campaigns , with inferior opponents. Most of those responsible Russian officers are in prisons now , or just plane civilians. But , in three years Russian military became very effective , lean green , killing machine (based on volunteers - professionals , not on conscripts)
I don't think that Putin wanted regime change. Yes he was miss informed and you are right about that , but I think that intention was as agreed in Istanbul agreement. Now , Russia has to finance rebuilding and economy of new four regions (not a small proposition). If he wanted that , he could kill most of the officials at any time. I think that Russians like legitimacy very much , therefore , since this is only special military operation , not a war , they stick to it. Regime change in a country where neo nasties are groomed into society and government for best part of three decades isn't so easy - I mean , Americans prepared for it for almost 20 years , before went for it. Yes there are some Nasties in Russia , but mostly in prisons , or in private military companies (now operating outside of Russia). The rest of them went to Ukraine long before invasion and they have/had a couple of units there (kind of separate from regular Ukrainian military). Certainly it is not a state policy in Russia , like in Ukraine. Don't get me wrong , I do feel very sorry for ordinary Ukrainians. They will be left with bunch of dead relatives , friends and , basically , dead county and , practically , with no place to go and start over again(Europe has it's own problems now).
I believe that you are too young to remember how it was in Russia in the 1990's. It was much , much worse than previous Soviet era (for ordinary people). What Putin has done for Russia , will echo in history. He could not have done it in 10 years , given the size of the country and the problems he inherited. I have no doubt that his heir is being under consideration for some time now. You just need some consistency to get things done in big countries. It is easy to compare overall situation in Russia 25 years ago and now (and he had to wage a few wars in the meantime - all fueled by most democratic country in the world). Compare that with liberal democracies in the west and see who has better results in last quarter of a century. Btw , Singapore is democracy , but it is one of the harshest dictatorships on the planet - collective dictatorship , though (next to N. Korea , which went for personality cult) and nobody complains - they live like kings there. People want to have good and easy life and it just depends on luck - weather the people in power are good stewards of the country and people or self absorbing , narcissistic , power hungry scumbags. It has nothing to do with political social arrangement of the country - if it's a democracy - great. If it's not and people live well - it is the same. Mind you , I'm not advertising dictatorships , nor do I think that all is bad in the west (at the moment , I strongly dislike the way the things are and where it's headed). All the best!
P.S. Almost forgot about main thing - the nukes. I agree with you , accept that I think that Russia may have few more conventional moves (with new doctrine) , before nukes fly. I really don't believe that Russia will put a tactical nuke in Ukraine. More likely in one of the countries that are "assisting" in conflict against Russia. If they choose right country , it may not evoke article 5 , meaning that the rest of NATO bunch will think hard about getting involved directly and/or with nuclear response. Also , it very much depends on timing too , because we may dodge the bullet , if Trump takes the presidency . We'll see.

@BritishLandeur I would like very much , for America to be a beakon of light it once was (or it was percived to be) , for the rest of the world , but I doubt that it can be.
Yes , reps control both houses , but they all serve "special interests". We have witnessed in first term , thst some of them voted against Trump. It' ll happend again , if core interests are in any danger by any bill proposed by Trump. I don't see much benefit for ordinary US citizens , beside the fact that he'll focus on domestic economy. He will make deals all over , but some of them will be sabotaged frm inside (like Iran deal was , or N Korea was). I do belive that he'll make an honest effott to end war in Ukraine , but I also believe , that Israel and neocons will set him up with war with Iran. Remember , I do not trust billionares. We'll live and see...

You are mixing philosophy and politics . Of course , there is a question of properly using English language , in a sense of terminology , but that should be determined by English language graduate (preferably British person) , because , I'm not a native speaker. For example . when I started to learn English language , gay meant cheerful , or happy , not homosexual . So , word , or term "value" means (the way I comprehend it) something of worth , useful etc. I presume that nuance would be something positive , from a perspective of most humans (not just British). Politicians do have tendency and especially since the means of mass communications exist , to introduce new terms and/or to change the original meaning. Therefore , I believe , they substituted word "principals" with word "values". First word signifies something permanent , while the second term is very fluid and changeable . I mean , people used to value different things trough different times , but principals stayed unchanged - no matter if one adhere to them , or not. Politicians use a lot of different phrases , like "collateral damage" , or "conspiracy theory" , or "rules based world order" , which means opposite of what those sound like and the purpose is to confuse people (purpose is much more complex). To my mind , the term "British" (person) is a holder of British passport. For decades , when someone says "British" , I mostly associate that word with British government and something bad is happening to someone (domestically , or abroad). Anyway , I'm an outsider , so my observations doesn't count - I just think that average British family is more interested in "value" of next electrical/utility bill , or "value" of the groceries for a month...
