@philonetic321 It must be some new technology/process , that I'm not aware of . Recyclable means that basic materials can be used again in primary production , which I doubt - at least at some reasonable cost , because the industries that make those blades would be all over used blades (as a cheap source of the materials) , or recreational/small fishing boats industry , or small aircraft industry... I would like to learn more about such a process , so I would be grateful , if you can refer me to an article , or a video about that.
I wrote that I saw pictures of those landfills (couple of them ) and I forgot if the name/s of owners were attached to them (don't know them) , but , let me assure you , that waist and toxic waist has been found buried , or just piled up all over the world , mostly without data of origin , on private lands (many times owners of the land hadn't a clue of anything) and in public land as well. In my country , there were at least three occasions of that (highly toxic liquid waist in barrels) , of which only one time the company responsible for burring toxic waste was found and no further trail to original owner of that waist (suspected from west Europe) , because dummy company was used to make payments (registered on a PO box somewhere and since long gone , just like as the bank account that was used to make a payment).
So , I don't believe that it is possible to know all the culprits and all the places , or sites , where those are buried , unless someone has a list (number and dimensions) of ALL the blades that are replaced or discarded and companies involved .

@philonetic321 I don't mind the wind power , in a mid size , or small decentralized way , not even a big wind farms (I hate the looks of it , never mind the noise and vibration , unless off shore) , but sure as hell that turbines aren't the final solution , or , in some cases - solution at all.
But I do have something against subsidizing companies that are involved in that , with public money .
There is no just one solution , just like there is no one pill for all the illnesses .Foreseeable future is like present , maybe with a little bit more solar and wind power . Long term ahead - who knows ? Maybe Thorium , maybe Hydrogen , maybe some utilization of ionosphere , or maybe people decide to go back to slave power...Prevailing powers will decide at that time , certainly not you , or me.

@philonetic321 That was my point , but you said it more concise . I mean , companies are working for the profit and will do anything to maximize it , many times including braking the law . Sometimes is more profitable to brake the law (and pay the fine) than to follow it trough , so they just do that. On the point of recycling , many companies that are involved in it are heavily subsidized , otherwise it would be non profitable at all. That , of course , depends on a particular country , but , overall it is like that (hence , many places in the world are swamped with waist and trash).
