@eltoro10-v5t Some did , but it was in time of Yugoslavia and they were harassed and bullied and nobody protected them (it was more important to keep good relations between republics in Yugoslavia from mid - to late 80's ). After Yugoslav wars , came NATO aggression and 230 000 ethnic Serbs left only with what they had on hand. Another big exodus happened in 2004 after some violence against the Serbs (more than 20 killed) and KFOR , as usual , was nowhere to be seen.

@Samirustem In fact - yes , they get to elect their officials and representatives in Serbian parliament. They are majority in two municipalities in the south of Serbia and have their mayors and officials there. The rest of ethnic minorities , also , and they have right to use their native language and right to their schools in native language (general curriculum) .

@Kim-J312 Actually 3,47% , which makes the elections non valid (there is a census - minimal percentage of registered voters that have voted , in order to validate elections ). Over 25 % of those 3,47% doesn't live there for years and decades (they have , mostly , EU residence or citizenship) , but they got , somehow the necessary documents ;)

@anzelmasmatutis2500 Those were local elections , in northern municipalities (4 of them) , where Serbs ARE majority . Only 3,47% of registered voters in that area went out and voted , less then 1% of Serbs in that area voted and the rest were ethnic Albanians. Over 5000 voters (of somewhat over 13 000 that voted on that day) , have residencies in EU for years and don't live there at all (but they got the documents from temporary Prishtina government). So called mayor of Zvecan municipality , for an example , got elected with around 200 (yes , two hundred) votes (of possible 14 000 voters).

@hhKJgf1M8a0rzt8hP They had peaceful protest , sitting down , then "peacekeepers" started to beat them and pulling them , so protestors reacted. You can see it clearly in the video.

@carlustin4034 There are full videos of this clash. Protestors were sitting down , until KFOR started to beat them with batons . Instructions from Moscow doesn't come to Belgrade , since 1948 . Instructions are from Belgrade (to peacefully protest) and skinheads aren't much a Serbian thing (though we have some hooligans , like everybody else). Paramilitaries (there are none for some decades) usually don't do protesting and they get job done , not a few slaps , or stones.

Or why wasn't NATO intervened in Northern Ireland (decades of state sponsored terror), or in Turkie (I mean with Kurd people) , or in Palestine ? Why not in Rwanda ? For your information , KLA is terrorist organization (as per US state department list) - never mind that both US and Britain supported and arming them in 1999 , so only Americans can deal with terrorists ? What about dead Albanians (again terrorists) in FYR Macedonia (today's North Macedonia) - they got similar stuff over there , but nobody bombed them ?
