  2. Are the EU leaders pile on and arrest Putin at first BRICSEU meeting? Yeah, that's how likely EU is going to join BRICS. BRICS is already an ineffective collection of opposing ideologies, economic models, and national interests, which is why it has been able to accomplish anything concrete for 20 years. EU joining will more likely just start WW3 in it.
