  1. Hi Goobie and Mrs C! I think you have started a "Love Yourself and Love Your Neighbours" ministry with this channel. Making these videos are definitely cathartic for you and it's amazing how you've helped others figure things out too along the way. And somehow your viewers have helped u back too (YAY!). I wanna share a colleague's story of being diagnosed with high blood pressure (BP) at about 48 years old. Her doc told her that she would have to be on drugs to control the high BP for the rest of her life unless she ate better and exercised intensively. She did that for a month almost every day, and voila!!!! Her BP is now normal and a bunch of her friends are also motivated to go for walks with her instead of the usual eating while socializing. It's crazy to realize that we have so much power and control over our lives. Love this episode and shared the info with my friends. Love always ❤🍑
