It's not the woman's fault. I would venture to say that it definitely is. Are they not aware that there are wicked and evil men who would take advantage of their inebriated drunken state? Why would they place themselves in such a vulnerable state so far away from home? Why would they talk to strangers? Prove to me that I am wrong!
