  2. Your joy is great! The first Toyota that I drove was my dad's 1982 Toyota Cressida. The first Toyota that I bought is 1991 Toyota Previa DX. I am from Texas and originally from Malaysia and I am also your fellow brother in Christ. God bless!!!

  3. "Very little difference" is still a difference, David! Although fit and finish may be only aesthetics but it also says what other variances in the tolerances in the engine and transmission parts and components. It sends a message and puts doubt in the consumer's mind.

  7. Sunroofs are the most useless of any car features to have. They serve no purpose. Plus they take away the structural integrity of the car.

  11. AMD, I don't see a whole of videos on your channel with respect to the GS series Lexus. Does that mean that they are relatively problem free?

  12. I have a 2001 Avalon XLS with 199,xxx miles on it. It is still buttery smooth. Just changed the front struts and replaced them with KYBs and the handling is smooth and tight. I just love driving this thing. I have some issues with the rear tail lamps not coming on and was told that replacing the light switch stalk on the steering column will solve my problem. However, a new one cost $160 from Toyota. I might try sourcing one from a junk yard.

  13. Get a used transmission, AMD. It is the only option that makes financial and mechanical sense, IMHO.
