Before the authorities can trample on your rights and freedom, they need a warrant that is authorised by a judge and backed with reasonable cause. Who determines what is reasonable cause? That is what the judge is there for, to countermand unreasonable searches and apprehension. This is why in the U.S., we have the 4th amendment. We must not and can not acquiesce to the trampling of our rights and liberty.

If a government would not protect an individual, what makes you think that they would extend protection to the community? The individual is the single basic unit of the community. This must the first and foremost line that must not be crossed. The rights of the individual must always come first. What makes your rights trump another's? Why are you more important than another individual? You are speaking out the both sides of your mouth! You say that they disregard other's well being. Then aren't you disregarding their well-being? Think carefully! Ideas have consequences.
