  1. i think the europeans not trusted him from the beggining and you know how they are..., the westerners probably wanted a man wich is not linked to the old security kgb.., secret police.., etc they wanted a free man, maybe..., more with the world trade center attacks, some of them belives putin did 9/11(false flag) because there was a incident with the russian nuclear submarine kursk.. on wich putin belives was attacked by nato submarine..,you know the story.. i think russia needed a free man, a democratic, unlinked to that secret police, they did the same with our country, romania, even now days they not like the parties wich have links to the old comunist regime, the west rejects the socialist party..
