  2.  @yurichtube1162  Russia is not self sufficient. No one will freeze in winter, there is enough gas from alternative sources to heat homes. And inflation? Russian inflation is through the roof, too, and they are already way poorer.

  4.  @yurichtube1162  russia is not selfsufficent of food. It relies on foreign seeds and more importantly, machinery. It also relies on foreign machinery for extraction of resources. Out of interest: what alternative source is there for micro chips? Even China hasn’t one, so they be interested, too. And we haven’t even talked about airplanes.

Your argument is actually proving while Russia will lose: Ukraine gets supplied by the west, so as long as this flows, it will never run out. Russia has to supply itself and already relies on old Sowjet stockpiles. They eventually run out as they can not produce what they require. Ergo: Russia is on borrowed time
