  1. France does not have PR, they have a modified FPTP. Germany has PR. It also has really stable governments.

  3.  @Shadypines2  hung parliament is also bad phrasing. Coalition governments are the norm in many countries, resulting in a much more civil political discourse and more centric policies. I much prefer it to the “party dictatorship for 5 years” system.
