  1. A rather rudimentary AA capability is enough to get rid of A10s. And air superiority will not be achieved easily against an arm like Russias, as it both has good aircrafts and AAs.

  2. Russia has mostly exposed itself. Former allies like Ukraine are moving towards the EU/USA/NATO. Russian economy is weakening, living standards in decline since 2014. And with the world turning to renewables and away from fossil fuels, Russia has a rather limited time window before it simply runs out of money. Combine that with the overarching trend of an aging population and a youth wanting to leave the country, the future of Russia is bleak. Which is a shame, Russia had potential, a country of culture, science and engineering. All sacrificed so oligarchs can get filthy rich.

  3. A tank on its own is weak. That is the reason why all parts of the armed forces are interconnected and work together. AA to protect the tank from airstrikes, a tank to protect AA from groundstrikes.
