@ArwedMett wages in factories are significantly higher than in services. Furthermore, repetitive tasks in todays factories are often done by robots. People working in factories are high skilled technicians maintaining said robots.

Zeihan has no clue. He claimed German electricity production is only 7% renewable, it is at 50%. He also claimed nuclear was replaced by coal, which is false. Nuclear and coal were replaced by renewables. Germany exports electricity.
