  4.  @xeridea  You can. Musk could have negotiated a contract giving him the right to have a look into Twitters internal data before buying. It is quiet common that a potential buyer gets the right to dive deep into internal data (usually with the clause that, if you dont find anything significant, you have to buy). So why did Musk not use this standard procedure, quiet the opposite, he waived it?
