  1.  @harukrentz435  no, it was a bad idea. Fertility rates naturally decline with rising living standards and more importantly, womens education. Chinas population growth would have naturally balanced out, but without the cruelty (forced abortions and sterilisation, literally ripping out womens reproductive organs against their will) and the cliff chinas demography is falling from now.
