@inasl6646 The problem with the UK is England makes decisions, and as it is so big, the other three do not matter.

@TheSlyngel If you look at the history of most European nations, they went through several systems in the last centuries, lost and gained territory, some did not even exist. UK`s stability is an anomaly. Take Germany: since 1900, it went through six or seven different forms of government, lost a good part of its territory, and was only founded in 1871.In its current form it is only 29 years old, and is therefor younger than the EU. Or Poland, which was under occupation for most of the time. Spain was a dictatorship until 1975. Old is a relative word. Out of interest, what other EU nation does not have a written constitution?
