Half of the people voted leave. The majority of Northern Ireland and Scotland voted remain. 200k people today demonstrating for Scottish independence. Brexit will be the end of the united Kingdom.

  3. Hungary wants to stay in the EU. They have nothing to gain from blocking an extension, only negative consequences. Furthermore, you have to look at the bigger picture. Hungary is in the block of smaller nations, next to Ireland. They stick together to have a voice against the big members. If Hungary now blocks the extension, they lose the support of their allies. Also Poland as the most important ally of Hungary has no interest in a no deal Brexit. The ECJ already ruled that leaving the EU has to be according to national law to be legit. UK law demands that parliament agrees to the leaving conditions, be it with a deal or no deal. So if the UK leaves without parliaments agreement, this is illegal under EU and UK law and Brexit has not happened.

The whole Brexit process proves that the EU is working in the interest of every member, no matter the size.
