@Bilal Khalid There was a non binding referendum if the UK should leave the EU. But there was no referendum when the UK should leave, or how the UK should leave. These are decisions parliament has to make. And as long as parliament has not decided, there will be no Brexit. As democracy is the rule of law, and this is the law.

@Bilal Khalid No. Leaving the EU has to be according national law. UK law says parliament has to agree to the conditions. If parliament does not agree, leaving the EU is illegal under both UK and EU law and thereby impossible. So no extension is required to stay in the EU. How is leaving with no deal real democracy? When was there a vote that people want no deal?

Johnson is a coward. He has proven it time and time again. Just remember the vote in parliament about Heathrow, he ran away. He fears the consequences of his doings, only words are cheap for him. So he will do as the Benn act demands, or resign.

@Bilal Khalid October 31st is a date dictated by the EU. Why will there be an outrage if the UK does not follow the dictate of the EU?
