  3. So if parliament is voting for a deal, and then Johnson is blocking it, I doubt he will survive a week as a PM. Not only will parliament be furious, but the population as well. Civil unrest will come. This would be a high risk gamble. Johnson is a coward, I doubt he would risk it.
