@roywiseman I do not know where you get your reporting from, but it is wrong. The court in fact said that AZ broke the best efforts clause by not delivering vaccine from its UK based factories. So the claim that the court dismissed all measures is wrong, too, as it ordered AZ to deliver more doses.

@roywiseman facts: The court orders AstraZeneca to urgently deliver 50 million doses of vaccine by 27 September 2021 - according to a binding schedule: 15 million doses by 26 July, at 9 a.m., 20 million doses by 23 August, 15 million doses at 27 September. In the event of non-compliance with these delivery deadlines AstraZeneca will have to pay a penalty of €10 per dose not delivered. That is a court order, not dismissing the case. You spot the difference, I am certain. Especially as the court already defined the fines for non compliance. In case of the case being dismissed, this would not have happened.

@Scoobydcs Not for foreigners. They have to pay extra to get access. Even British citizens get excluded from NHS, look at the Windrush scandal.
