  9. ​ @jffry890 white phosphorus is not entirely banned. This has been said it's thermite though. Most incendiary weapons only have limitations on where you strike. You can't strike civilians or civilians areas. russia has actually done this with their incendiary weapons.

Guess what a lot military equipment is made out of? incendiary weapons didn't get completely banned. We are just fighting different wars now. the average artillery shell storage isn't made out of straw.
