  7. ISIS has been known to attack Muslim countries so attacking russia isn't out of the question. The US has always done this. They monitor possible terrorist attacks and warn the people. supposedly russia had also warned the US about the 9/11 attacks. It's a common thing for countries to do.

That makes a lot more sense because they had Belarusian license plates and they couldn't have even entered Ukraine since the border is shut down and they would be driving though a warzone. The US has intelligence. They have probably the best in the world. They always monitor possible terrorist attacks and warn countries about it. It's a very common thing to do. multiple countries even warned the US about the 9/11 attacks. What does Ukraine have to gain from this attack?
