  8.  @anubispatron  the problem with that is that there was much more men in Canada then there are Canadians who fought in 1812. If your point is that specific regions fought more than others then the same can be said about Ukraine. It's the biggest country in Europe and not everyone wants to fight.

They aren't forced. Neither russians or Ukrainians. Not everyone is going to fight and not everyone needs to fight. Their main problem right now isn't even manpower.
